“The relationship between architect and contractor can easily make or break the project. In our case, the well-established synergy between Evolution Architecture and the Contractor provided an efficient process as well as a high quality product. We were able to quickly resolve the unknowns through the ingenuity and dedication of the teams. We were able to keep on schedule and budget in the midst of the unknowns thanks to these teams.”

The design for the plaza’s new look adds a comfortable outdoor vibe. The new terraced seating along the staircases adds depth and flexible spaces for people to meet and relax while on break or touring the city.
As with many of the projects we design for, we choose materials that both enhance and align with the existing environment.
A series of intimate seating lines one side of the upper level in a striking serpentine presentation featuring warm wood.
