Craig’s vast experience in the commercial, multifamily, and residential markets makes him a critical asset in creating solutions for our clients. Craig oversees all facets of our field crew, manages high-scale and complex construction sites, and communicates with all project stakeholders.

Bret holds a NAAB bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has been in the PNW since 1998.

Mike has over 35 years of experience shaping the Portland skyline. With a thorough understanding of construction document development, QA/QC standards, and regulatory codes, Mike ensures precise and compliant project execution. He is responsible for project success, from contract execution through project completion, to ensure adherence to budget, scope, and schedule expectations while meeting contract and design requirements and industry standards. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and is also PMP certified.

Although his main focus is on our multifamily projects, James’s extensive construction experience, along with his strong communication and relationship-building skills, is valuable across all areas of our portfolio.
