Two Union Square is the third-tallest building in the Seattle skyline. It spans 56 floors with over one million square feet of space and an underground concourse. It is the first skyscraper in Seattle to use 19,000 lbs/in² high-strength concrete. We offered a complete range of envelope consulting services to help maintain the building, including inspections, water testing, and repair design and project oversight.
