Restoring the brick exterior to Seattle’s first art-deco tower.

Originally known as the Northern Life Tower, Seattle Tower is a 27-story skyscraper that was Seattle’s first art-deco tower. Its distinctive exterior is clad in 33 shades of brick designed to affect a gradient which lightens from the bottom to the top of the building. After conversations and project goal setting with the buildings Ownership, Evolution Architecture was retained by Urban Renaissance Group to provide consulting, design and oversight services to restore the brick across the entire tower.
