Rainier Tower Roof

A complete roof replacement.

Evolution Architecture was retained by Wright Runstad as the architect and building envelope consultant for a complete roofing replacement of the iconic 43-story downtown Seattle office tower.

Through inspections, roofing design, and coordination with partners, Evolution was responsible for managing all re-roofing operations on the tower, including additional structural and architectural elements. Additional work at the property included an ongoing renovation involving the application of a new waterproofing membrane on the 5th Avenue plaza.
