Evolution Architecture was retained by JLL as the architect and building envelope consultant for a full campus exterior restoration and waterproofing project at their T-Mobile campus in Bellevue, WA. We were charged with diagnosing and eliminating all present water leaks in every element of every building. The projects consisted of full-scale cladding and glazing restoration, plaza area waterproofing, and below-grade waterproofing.
