We were hired by the HOA’s Board of Directors to conduct a building envelope inspection to assess the overall condition of the 4-story building complex. We were then contracted to provide architectural design and project oversight services for repairs and upgrades to the building envelope.

After our complete building envelope inspection, the Holden HOA board retained us for design and oversight of stripping and recladding. This presented an opportunity to give the building a facelift, delighting owners and elevating the value of each individual property.
