Façade condition assessment & maintenance planning.

Evolution Architecture was contacted by property management to provide a proposal to assess the current façade condition and offer a maintenance recommendation plan, as well as associated ROM pricing for the building.

The exterior façade is comprised of a brick veneer panel rain screen system, aluminum ribbon windows, and an aluminum storefront. Evolution provided a detailed report that describes the current condition of the façade elements and prescribed a maintenance plan based on our assessment.
