Evolution was retained by building management to diagnose, test, and design a repair solution for water penetrating into the lab space at both buildings. Both 4225 and 4245 are brick façade with twin systems. After successfully diagnosing the water trail, the buildings ended up needing different solutions.
We were retained to provide design and oversight-related services with the contractor to seal the leaks. To date, they are still watertight.
