Evolution Architecture was retained by the Board of Directors for the HOA to provide building envelope inspection services to determine the general conditions of the 1980s property overlooking Lake Union. We were retained by the HOA to provide architectural design and project oversight services for the repairs and upgrades to the building envelope.
