Comprehensive roof replacement for a large scale Seattle waterfront building.

We provided comprehensive roof design and project oversight services for this occupied building that stretches two full city blocks on the Belltown waterfront, with sweeping views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains.

Our careful coordination of all work, minimized disruption to tenants and operations, while providing a significant upgrade.

The project included equipment demolition and disposal, a roof overlay featuring a new Duro-Last® single-ply PVC system, and the design and installation of new roof anchor points. All selective scopes were performed during off-hours to maintain building continuity, and the team adhered strictly to City of Seattle noise ordinances throughout the project.
