2328 Fairview is a 9-unit condominium located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle, within steps of Lake Union. In 2018, Evolution Architecture provided design and project management services related to the dramatic transformation of the 1980’s stucco and cedar clad building. The project included new siding, roofing, railings, deck coatings, windows, and doors. The new cladding materials include a combination of fiber cement, coated steel, and phenolic resin siding.

Evolution was originally hired in 2015 by the 2328 Fairview Owner’s Association to assist with a first-party insurance claim related to hidden water damage resulting from wind-driven rain. After a successful recovery, Evolution was retained as the architect of record for their exterior envelope repair project. Following a competitive bid process, Pacific Building Envelope was selected as the general contractor to perform the work. The work was completed in the fall of 2018.
