TRAVIS BRAMMER MANAGING PARTNER

Travis Brammer is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Evolution Architecture. He has over 20 years of experience in building restoration of all types and some experience with new construction. He brings considerable experience in all facets of building envelope restoration including below grade, plazas, decks, curtain walls, window systems, and roofs. With a history and vast knowledge pool of specifying products, Travis's approach to solving complex legacy leaks and curtain wall deficiencies is practical and methodical to coincide with the goals of our clients.

KRIS EGGERT MANAGING PARTNER

Kris Eggert is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Evolution Architecture. Kris has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, with a focus on occupied remediation projects. His professional experience encompasses all facets of the industry from hands-on trade work, estimating and project management, scope preparation, construction management, construction defect analysis, cost reasonableness review, and expert witness testimony.

CRAIG KUANONI ASSOCIATE PARTNER, VP OF OPERATIONS

Craig has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and our VP of Operations with Evolution Architecture. With a primary focus on existing and occupied structures, Craig’s vast experience in the commercial, multifamily, and residential markets makes him a critical asset in creating solutions for our clients. Craig oversees all facets of our field crew, manages high scale and complex construction sites, communicates with all project stakeholders and essential to our brand as we're continuing to grow as experts in our field.

JESSE ROARK ASSOCIATE PARTNER, PROJECT MANAGER

At Evolution, Jesse is responsible for managing onsite field work, water testing, swing stage operations and project reporting for our clients. His knowledge in building components, water testing and reporting are essential to our team and clients. With a decade plus long background working with Washington cities and counties in construction, maintenance, and road infrastructure management, he has a wide array of technical experience, and product knowledge.

JACKIE ROETHEL ASSOCIATE PARTNER, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

As Director of Marketing, Jackie's role within Evolution is collaborative with everyone in the company, and each market sector we work in. While ensuring that Evolution’s branding and messaging reflect the core values of the company, Jackie's strengths as a marketing professional stem from her ability to build relationships with people. Her focus is on web-based marketing, education, and driving our current markets, while introducing Evolution Architecture to new opportunities and endeavors. In addition, Jackie collaborates with our Oregon office on market strategies, client engagement and overall brand awareness.

BRANDON GIFFORD ASSOCIATE PARTNER, CONSULTANT

At Evolution, Brandon leads our onsite field team efforts and is a SPRAT Certified bosun chair operator. His experience includes hands on trades work, leak diagnosis, material testing, building envelope inspections, and high-rise building inspections. With 15 plus years in the construction industry, Brandon's attention to detail and experience are an asset to our industry and clients. With having done over 1000 building drops from bosun chairs and swing stages, his experience at reviewing various types of cladding is un-parallel.

LOGAN HARDT VP OF OPERATIONS, OREGON

At Evolution, Logan is responsible for overseeing our Oregon operations out of our Lake Oswego office. Logan has 10+ years of construction experience across a broad range of project types and complexities. He approaches each new project with a solid foundational knowledge, but also an excitement for continued learning. Core to his central belief, Logan relishes in truly understanding the needs and goals of all stakeholders so that a bespoke framework can be created to best achieve the desired outcomes. A Portland native, and OSU graduate, Logan will continue partnering with our current clients in Oregon, as well as develop new endeavors for the EA team. We’re excited for this new growth down in Oregon, and proud to have Logan at the helm cultivating new opportunities for Evolution.

KELLER BAUM VP OF OPERATIONS, OREGON

Keller has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, with a focus on occupied remediation projects. His professional experience encompasses all facets of the industry from hands-on trade work, estimating and project management, scope preparation, construction management, construction defect analysis, and cost reasonableness review. His construction management experience includes scheduling of production crews and subcontractors; facilitating progress and communications between the contractor, architect, consultants, and client; preparing and monitoring project budgets, writing specifications, detail design, and estimating

ADAM LOUIS DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Adam is a Design Associate with Evolution Architecture, with a focus on working with our Multifamily clients on design repairs. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design solutions, he collaborates closely with our team and clients to revitalize building exteriors for the property's next life. Adam holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Washington, and a PNW local.

TESSA CLEARY DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Tessa is a Design Associate with Evolution Architecture, with a focus on working with our Multifamily clients on design repairs. Tessa has her Masters of Architecture from WSU, with a passion for adaptive reuse and sustainable solutions.

SARVIE GOLESTANEH DESIGN ASSOCIATE

Sarvie is a Design Associate with Evolution Architecture, with a focus on working with our Multifamily clients on design repairs. Sarvie is a LEED Green Associate, with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, who finds façade restoration an endearing and collaborative industry to thrive in. Her ability to connect with people and provide various solutions for different building types makes her a model for the industry and an asset to our Firm.

NATHAN SWARTZENTRUBER, PMP PROJECT MANAGER

Nathan is a Project Manager at Evolution Architecture who brings 12+ years of large-scale commercial roofing and exterior envelope project experience. He is responsible for project success from contract execution through project completion, to ensure adherence to budget, scope, and schedule expectations while meeting contract and design requirements and industry standards. Nathan has his Bachelor of Science in Architecture, as well as his PMP certification.

JAMES RAMIL ARCHITECT

James Ramil joined the EvoArch team in 2018 as an Architect. With more than 14 years of experience in designing and managing the construction of a wide range of projects, James brings with him a wide perspective, and vision, on various project types. His experience includes multi-family, retail, education, and the Capitol Building dome renovation in Washington DC. James has extensive experience with historic properties, green design, and communicating with property teams at a local level. His vast experience and passion for what he does makes him a asset to this team, and our PNW market.

JEREMY MITCHELL SR. CONSULTANT

Jeremy is a Sr. Consultant with Evolution Architecture, boasting 15+ years in exterior building enclosure design consultation, condition assessments, building risk management, forensic evaluation, construction litigation support, and construction management for existing remedial replacement projects for multi-family, condominium, commercial, K-12 educational, civic, and government building types.

STEPHEN HECKMAN CONSULTANT

Stephen is a Consultant with Evolution Architecture, with expertise on both sides of the business. Having a Masters of Engineering, with a concentration on Building Science and Historic Preservation, paired with his SPRAT certifications, we’re glad to have him part of our solutions for our commercial and multifamily clients.

ERIC PHILLIPPS CONSULTANT

At Evolution, Eric is responsible for covering onsite building inspections for commercial and multifamily properties. His focus is building envelope studies, due diligence inspections, budget creations, and providing day-to-day communication with our team and clients. With over 20 years of experience, Eric comes with a wealth of knowledge in building envelope components, materials, and details.

NICK RADON LICENSED ARCHITECT AIA

Nick Radon is an Architect in Evolution's Bend, OR office. Nick works closely on our multifamily projects, as well as offering his skillset to our high rise portfolio. He brings with him considerable experience as a technical Architect that focuses his expertise on rehabilitating existing buildings to their new life. Nick’s attention to detail, knowledge of building codes and sustainable products to use adds unique depth and conscience to Evolution’s custom-building envelope and roof solutions we provide to building owners and managers. Nick is also a LEED Green Associate from the US Green Building Council

JOHN OLENSKY ARCHITECT

John Olensky is a Sr. Consultant with Evolution Architecture. For multiple years, John has been doing rehabilitation design for existing building enclosures and designing new exterior building enclosures all over the country. John’s approach is technical, yet creative and adaptive which makes the PNW area a thriving place for him to be. His passion for the industry and attention to detail make him an asset to our firm and company culture.

JAMES KJELLIN PROJECT MANAGER

James has worked in the construction industry for over 17 years and is a Project Manager for Evolution Architecture. With a primary focus on existing and occupied structures, James’s experience includes project oversight on large building repairs, cladding repairs, high-rise work, leak investigations, maintenance, restoration, and water damage repairs in the commercial, multifamily, and residential markets. While his focus will be on our Multifamily endeavors, his vast construction experience paired with his communication and relationship skills is valued on all fronts and fields in our portfolio.

IVAN LINDBLAD CONSULTANT

At Evolution, Ivan is responsible for managing onsite field work, water testing, swing stage operations and project reporting for our clients. His knowledge in building components, water testing and reporting are essential to our team and clients. With a decade plus long background working in product solutions, building restoration techniques and managing large scale project details, Ivan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team as an envelope specialist.

At Evolution, Andrew works with the field team performing rope access inspections, water testing and project support. 

CASEY DOUTY PROJECT SUPPORT

At Evolution, Casey works with the field team performing rope access inspections, water testing and project support. His hands on field experience and SRAT training make him an asset to our team. 

ZAYNUB KHANAM OFFICE ASSISTANT

Zaynub assists will all our in-house office operations in the Seattle office. Working with each team, she helps keep the product flow in motion with report editing, marketing content collaboration, book keeping and office logistics.
